SCOPE

By leveraging existing primary research, Pull developed frameworks that bridged prior ethnographic research with robust opportunity areas for innovation. In addition to utilizing customer fieldwork to inform insights, journeys, and narratives, Pull facilitated various internal workshops with the client in order to build alignment within cross-functional teams with multiple priorities and viewpoints. Through an on-going partnership, Pull has built internal capabilities across the organization using a “learn by doing” approach, utilizing and crafting innovative design thinking tools that have impacted company-wide methodologies and processes.

In collaboration with the client team, Pull developed preliminary concepts that mapped across strategic opportunity areas. These concepts were tested and iterated upon with customers in subsequent co-creative sessions in various US markets. Pull developed low to medium fidelity prototypes and stimuli to create a ripe environment for customers to both build upon the concepts, as well as role-play which were most relevant to their lives.

RESULTS

Through an iterative process of concept refinement based on feedback gathered from co-creation with customers as well as internal stakeholders, Pull down-selected the UX concepts using a strategic framework that identifies the concepts with maximum customer desirability and business and technological feasibility.
