SCOPE

Pull uncovered typical customer behaviors, rituals, symbolic motivations, and needs through a series of day-long ethnographies in two cosmopolitan markets within the US. We synthesized the findings into insights which were mapped across a continuum of business concepts. A round of client workshops allowed us to further vet these concepts and elevate the most viable ideas for expansion and refinement with customers during co-creation sessions in the same markets. We were able to rapidly identify the most salient service concepts through these immersive sessions.

After the co-creation sessions, Pull strategically applied design thinking and analysis methods to translate promising service concepts to viable service ventures. This included the works: value webs, go-to-market strategies, opportunity size and financial modeling, and scalability pathways. Final deliverables were executed in conjunction with the client’s internal stakeholders before presenting to executives.

RESULTS

The client chose several service ventures to pilot. Pull was commissioned for a follow-up project to further evolve ventures based on pilot testing. Due to this program’s success, Pull became a trusted resource within the organization for a wide array of projects.
